Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 05 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Items: In the event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 02 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged:
Worn or Washed Lingerie: Lingerie that has been worn or washed cannot be returned.
Clearance or Final Sale Items: Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process
2.1 Authorization
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service at return@chelvy.com to obtain authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
2.2 Packaging
Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
2.3 Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
3. Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the refund within 10 business days.
4. Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
